| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年胆囊切除术的综合疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2002年2月～2012年1月152例老年胆囊切除术临床资料。结果术后痊愈出院148例,占97.36%;死亡4例,占2.64%,并发症46例,占30.26%。结论老年胆囊切除需重视术前并存病,准确把握手术时机,熟练手术操作以及预防并妥善处理术后并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the comprehensive therapeutic effect of elderly patients with cholecystectomy.Methods Clinical data of 152 cases of elderly patients with cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2002 to January 2012 was retrospectively analyzed.Results The success rate of the procedure was 97.36%,and 4 cases died,accounting for 2.64%,overall complication rate was 30.26%.Conclusions Elderly patients with cholecystectomy must pay attention to preoperative complications,grasp the opportunity for operation,proficiency operation and the postoperative complications should be well prevented and managed. |
