| 摘 要： | 目的观察综合护理干预预防产后出血的效果。方法将86例产妇随机分为观察组和干预组,每组43例。对照组给予常规护理措施,干预组在对照组常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预。观察组产后2h、24h出血量及产后出血发生率,并进行统计分析。结果干预组产后2h、24h出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05),产后出血发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预能明显降低产妇产后出血量,有效预防产妇产后出血。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the comprehensive nursing intervention to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and intervention group(n=43).Control group received routine care measures,the intervention group received a comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group given a routine care.The observation group 2h,24h postpartum bleeding volume and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,and statistical analysis.Results The results of the intervention group 2h,24h postpartum bleeding volume was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the rate of postpartum hemorrhage was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce postpartum hemorrhage volume,is effective in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. |
