超声在腮腺肿瘤诊断中的应用

目的研究良恶性腮腺肿瘤的超声影像学特征,为腮腺肿瘤的性质判断提供参考。方法对132例经手术、病理证实的腮腺肿块的临床病理资料和超声检查资料进行分析比较。结果 132例腮腺肿块中,良性95例,恶性37例。良恶性肿瘤在形态、边界、包膜等声像学表现方面差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);恶性肿瘤的血流供应更为丰富。结论腮腺肿瘤良恶性与其超声表现有一定的关系,肿瘤的超声特征可为性质判断及临床治疗决策提供参考。

Application of Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Parotid Tumor

Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of benign and malignant tumor in parotid,and to provide profit for clinical differential diagnosis and cure strategy.Methods The clinical pathologic data and ultrasonograms of 132 parotid tumor confirmed by histopathologic examination were researched.Results Of all cases,95 were benign and 37 were malignant.Our study indicated that between benign and malignant tumor,the difference of the sample rate in shape,border,envelope of benign and malignant tumor were statistically significant(P<0.05).Besides,the malignant tumors had abundant blood supply.Conclusions The ultrasonographic features are correlated with their different pathology,and the sonography can contribute to the clinical differential diagnosis and cure strategy preoperatively.
