中西医结合治疗急性乳腺炎的临床疗效观察(附100例报告)

目的观察中西医结合治疗急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法对临床确诊的100例急性乳腺炎患者随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组给予中药及青霉素配合治疗,对照组只采用青霉素治疗。两组患者除高热者采用退热药对症外,不再加用其它药物。治疗4天后观察两组疗效。结果观察组52例中,治愈45例。对照组48例中,治愈30例。结论中西医结合治疗早期急性乳腺炎具有治愈率高、方法简单、费用低的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical curative effect of acute mammitis for combine traditional Chinese and western medicine (100 Cases)

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acute mammitis for combine traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods Randomly divided 100 diagnosed acute mammitis patients into two groups: observed group and contrast group.To render patients with combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the observed group,others with penicillins remedy.Two groups no longer increase drug else except high fever patients were treated with antipyretic.To observe curative effect of two groups after four day’s treatment.Results 45 patients were cured in 52 patients from the observe group.30 patients were cured in 48 patients from the contrast group.Conclusions The clinical curative effect of acute mammitis for combine traditional Chinese and western medicine,this method have virtues of high cure rate,simple to use and cost effective.This method is worth to promote in the clinical treatment.
