子宫内膜异位症腹腔液IL-18水平的研究

目的检测子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者血清和腹腔液白细胞介素-18(IL-18)浓度,探讨IL-18在EMs发病机制中的作用及意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(sandwichELISA)方法测定30例EMs患者和20例对照组血清和腹腔液IL-18浓度。结果血清IL-18浓度在EMs组和对照组之间差异无显著性意义,EMs组腹腔液IL-18浓度显著高于对照组,EMs合并不孕患者显著高于非不孕患者。结论 IL-18可能参与了EMs的发病,腹腔液IL-18浓度的升高可能是内异症形成和发展的重要因素之一。

Study on the levels of IL-18 in peritoneal fluid in endometriosis

Objective To check the concentrations of IL-18 in the peritoneal fluid and sera of EMs patients and the role of IL-18 in the pathogenesis of EMs.Methods The concentrations of IL-18 were measured in the peritoneal fluid and sera of 30 endometriosis patients and 20 control women by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The IL-18 concentrations in the serum did not differ significantly between endometriosis patients and control patients.The concentrations of IL-18 in the peritoneal fluid of endometriosis patients was significantly higher than nonendometriotic samples.The concentrations of IL-18 in the peritoneal fluid of endometriosis patients with infertility was significantly higher,compared with non-infertility.Conclusions IL-18 may be involved in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.The elevation of the concentrations of IL-18 in peritoneal fluid of endometriosis patients may result in formation and continuing growth of ectopic locations.
