异丙肾上腺素对大鼠盐酸吸入性肺损伤动脉氧分压的影响

目的研究异丙肾上腺素对盐酸吸入诱导的急性肺损伤的动脉氧分压(PaO2)的影响。方法 SD大鼠全麻气管插管纯氧机械通气下随机分为三组,生理盐水对照组(NS组);盐酸致急性肺损伤组(ALI组);异丙肾上腺素治疗组(ISO组)。ISO组在气管内注入盐酸后1min静脉注入异丙肾上腺素,其余两组在相同时间点注射等量生理盐水。观察各组在气管内盐酸注入后10分钟,30分钟的PaO2值。结果与NS组比较,ALI组和ISO组在气管内注入盐酸后10分钟和30分钟的PaO2明显下降(P<0.01),但ISO组PaO2较ALI组相同时间点明显上升(P<0.01)。结论异丙肾上腺素在一定程度上能减轻盐酸吸入性肺损伤的程度。

The effect of isoprenaline on acute lung injury induced by hydrochloric acid in rats

Objective To investigate the effect of isoprenaline on acute lung injury(ALI) induced by hydrochloric acid in rats.Methods Twenty-one male SD rats were randomized equally into three groups: ALI induced by hydrochloric(group ALI),therapy group by isoprenaline(group ISO) and saline controls(group NS).After the rats were anesthetized and tracheally intubated,hydrochloric acid(0.1N,1ml/kg) was instilled into lungs via endotracheal tube followed intravenous injection with saline or isoprenaline.Arterial blood gas analysis was performed immediately before hydrochloric acid instillation and 10min,30min after hydrochloric acid instillation.Results In contrast,10 min and 30min after hydrochloric acid instillation,Arterial oxygen pressures(PaO2) of group ALI and group ISO were both lower than those of group NS(P<0.01).However,10 min and 30min after hydrochloric acid instillation,PaO2 of group ISO were improved significantly when compared with those in group ALI(P<0.01).Conclusions Our data suggests that isoprenaline can improve the arterial oxygen pressure of ALI.
