原发性脾淋巴瘤临床病理及免疫组化研究

目的 探讨原发性脾淋巴瘤临床病理特点,减少误诊.方法 回顾性分析7例原发性脾淋巴瘤临床病理资料,并选用相关抗体进行免疫组化标记.结果 本组6例为B细胞性,1例为组织细胞性,未见T细胞性.结论 原发性脾淋巴瘤临床主要表现为脾肿大,镜下与结内恶性淋巴瘤分布形式不同,各型淋巴瘤在脾脏多形成瘤结节,结节内有小血管或貌似滤泡结构,并且不同细胞亚型所形成瘤结的部位和细胞形态不同,主要是免疫表型不同.

Study on primary splenic lymphoma clinicopathological and immunohistochemical

Objective To study the clinicopathological characteristics of primary splenic lymphoma with the aim to reduce misdiagnosis.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the primary lymphoma of the spleen in 7 cases,stressing clinicopathological and immunohistochemical analysis,and observe the related proteins expression by immunohistochemical method.Results 6 cases were B-cell lymphoma,1 cases was histiocytic lymphoma and none was T-cell lymphoma.Conclusions The main clinical manifestation of primary splenic lymphoma is splenomegaly.Primary splenic lymphoma is different from intralymph node malignant lymphoma in microscopic distribution-from.Every subtype of lymphoma generally has splenic nodules in which small vessels or follicular structure exists.Different subtype of lymphoma forms nodules in different sites have different cell morphology mainly in immunophenotype.
