欣普贝生联合哌替啶对孕足月促宫颈成熟的临床观察

目的观察欣普贝生联合哌替啶对孕足月促宫颈成熟中的作用。方法选择孕足月需要促宫颈成熟符合欣普贝生使用原则的病例,随机分为三组分别为欣普贝生组、缩宫素组、欣普贝生联合哌替啶组。观察用药前后宫颈Bishop评分、分娩方式、24小时内阴道分娩情况。结果促宫颈成熟情况、分娩方式和24小时内阴道分娩情况缩宫素组明显差于其余两组,均存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。A组和C组之间:24小时内阴道分娩情况亦均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),促宫颈成熟情况有显著性差异(P<0.05),在分娩方式比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论欣普贝生联合使用哌替啶可以缩短产程,比单用欣普贝生效果好。

Effect of Dinoprostone combined meperidine for cervical ripening in full-term pregnant woman

Objective To review the effect of dinoprostone combined meperidine for cervical ripening in pregnant woman with full term.Methods We selected the case of pregnant woman with full term who had accord to the applied principle of dinoprostone cervical ripening.All of the cases had been divided into three group in random,Dinoprostone had be used in group A,and Ytocin had be used in group B,in group C,Dinoprostone and Ytocin had be combined used.We observed the score of Bis-bishop’s,the modality of accouchement and the status of Vaginal delivery in 24 hours.Results There were obviously distinctions(P<0.01) in group B with the other two groups in the score of Bis-bishop’s,the modality of accouchement and the status of Vaginal delivery in 24 hours;In group A and group C,there were obviously distinctions(P<0.01) in the status of Vaginal delivery in 24 hours,had distinction in cervical ripening(P<0.05) and with no distinction in the modality of accouchement(P>0.05).Conclusions Dinoprostone combined meperidine can be shorten during the birth process,which is more effective than single dinoprostone.
