丹参川芎嗪注射液联合甲基泼尼松龙治疗胸腰段急性脊髓损伤

目的评价丹参川芎嗪注射液联合甲基泼尼松龙在治疗胸腰段骨折引起急性脊髓损伤中的应用价值。方法将56例随机分为两组,治疗组采用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合甲基泼尼松龙治疗,对照组采用甲基泼尼松龙治疗,并对比两组病例神经功能改善情况。结果两组病例均获随访,时间16～36个月,平均26个月。治疗组神经功能改善的有效率为89.3%,优于对照组的64.3%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合甲基泼尼松龙治疗胸腰段急性脊髓损伤,能减轻脊髓水肿和改善脊髓微循环,使脊髓组织的压力降低,供氧供血得到保障并促进脊髓损伤的修复,比单独应用甲基泼尼松龙治疗有明显的优势。

Research on the effect of Danshen root chuanxiongzine injection combined with methylprednisolone use in treating acute spinal cord injury in thoracic and lumbar

Objective To research the effect of Danshen root chuanxiongzine injection combined with methylprednisolone use in treating thoracic and lumbar spine.Methods A total of 56 patients diagnosed as horacic and lumbar spine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was given Danshen root chuanxiongzine injection with methylprednisolone.The control group was given methylprednisolone,neurological function of two groups were observed after treatment.Results 56 cases were followed up from 16-36 months(average 26 months).After treatment,the effect of neurological function were significantly different between treatment groups(89.3%)and control groups(64.3%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of Danshen root chuanxiongzine injection combined with methylprednisolone in treating thoracic and lumbar spine can reduce spinal cord edema and improve the spinal cord microcirculation,reduce the press of spinal cord tissue,improve spinal nerve recovery,so it is worth clinical promotion.
