卡马西平治疗糖尿病末梢神经疼痛疗效观察

目的评价卡马西平治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例糖尿病痛性神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,在胰岛素强化控制血糖及良好控制血压、血脂的基础上,应用生理盐水250mL+盐酸丁咯地尔注射液0.1g/d,静脉滴注;治疗组30例,在对照组治疗基础上加用卡马西平0.1g,每日3次。进行随机双盲对照研究,疗程14～21d。采用VRS5疼痛缓解标准评价卡马西平的疗效及安全性。结果治疗组加用卡马西平后疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),疼痛缓解率达90%,治疗期间及治疗后无明显不良反应发生。结论卡马西平治疗糖尿病性神经病变的临床疗效明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),安全,无严重不良反应。

Curative Effect Observation of Carbamazepine Treating Painful Diabetic Neuropathy

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of carbamazepine in the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy. Methods 60 painful diabetic neuropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups; their blood pressure,blood lipids and blood glucose were all in the good control. The control group of 30 cases were treated with saline buflomedil injection （0.1 g intravenous drip/day） ; The therapy group of 30 cases were treated with saline buflomedil injection （0.1 g intravenous drip/day）and carbamazepine（0, lg rid）. The treatment lasted for 14-21 days. A randomized double-blind study was applied in the study. Results The curative effect of the therapy group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , the pain remission rate was 90%. There was no adverse reaction during and after treatment. Conclusion It was very useful and safe to treat painful diabetic neuropathy with carbamazepine.
