两型脑动脉硬化相关因素的差异

目的：探讨高阻力型脑动脉硬化与非阻力型脑动脉硬化相关因素的异同。方法：收集本院186例脑病中心经颅多普勒超声检测为脑动脉硬化的患者,分为高阻力型脑动脉硬化组（36例）及非阻力型脑动脉硬化（150例）两组,比较两组的年龄、性别、高血压病、糖尿病、血脂水平的差异。结果：高阻力型脑动脉硬化组年龄显著高于非阻力型脑动脉硬化组（75.81±7.17vs68.82±9.07,P=0.000）,男性比例较高（P=0.000）,两组高血压病、糖尿病、高脂血症及血压级别、血脂水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：相对于非阻力型脑动脉硬化,高阻力型脑动脉硬化患者的年龄更大,男性更多。

Differences in Factors Related to Two Types of Cerebral Arteriosclerosis

Objective： To explore the differences in factors related to of resistance and non-resistance cerebral arteriosclerosis. Methods： A cohort of 186 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis （CAS） in our hospital was recruited. These patients were diagnosed using transcranial doppler sonography, comprising 36 cases of high resistance CAS and 150 of non-resistance CAS. Data on patients＇ age, gender, high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus and blood lipids were compared between the two groups. Results： The percentages of patients with older age （75.81±7.17 vs 68.82±9.07） and with male gender were greater in resistance CAS as compared with those in non-resistance CAS （both P=0.000）. While data on hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipoidemia, levels of blood pressure, blood lipids did not differ significantly between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with non-resistance CAS, resistance CAS was found to be more associated with advanced age and male gender.
