| 摘 要： | 目的 观察碧兰麻局部粘膜下浸润麻醉拔除后牙的麻醉效果。方法 对102例患者106颗需拔除的后牙行碧兰麻局部浸润麻醉，观察麻醉效果。结果 碧兰麻局部浸润对上磨牙、下双尖牙有效率为100．0％，下磨牙有效率为85．7％。结论 碧兰麻的局部粘膜下浸润麻醉在上磨牙和下双尖牙的拔除术中，可以取代利多卡因的传导阻滞麻醉，而对下磨牙的麻醉效果较差。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical anesthetic efficacy of Primacaine on the extraction of teeth. Methods Primacaine cartridge which contains 1.7 ml of 4% articaine with 1: 100 000 epinephrine were administered to 106 teeth in 102 subjects by local infiltration anesthesia. Anesthetic efficacy was evaluated during performing extraction procedures. Results 100.0% of the maxillary molar teeth and mandibular premolar teeth showed satisfactory anesthesia. But in the mandibular molar teeth, only 85.7% showed clinical analgesia. Conclusion Primacaine is an effective local anesthetic on the extraction of teeth. Duration from injection to onset of anesthesia is appropriate for clinical use. |
