摘    要:导师制的施行有利于大学生的个性发展与综合素质的提高,帮助大学生全面成长,使大学生自主学习能力有所增强,实践创新能力得到提高。以本科生导师、辅导员、班主任、大三学生为主要研究对象,在“三师一生”、“四位一体”的新型导师合作制等方面阐述了本科生导师制在大学生实践创新能力培养中的实施策略,经过实践验证行之有效。

Abstract:The enforcement of tutorial system is beneficial to the development of the undergraduates' individual charaeter and the improvement of comprehensive quality. Moreover, it can help the comprehensive growth of under- graduates and the improvements of the autonomous learning ability and the innovation ability. In this paper, with teachers, counselors, teachers and student as the main study target, the authors carry out the study in "three-teache- a-student", "four to one" new tutor cooperative system aspects, and so on. The result shows the enforcement of tuto- rial system is effectiveness.
