摘    要:肝素酶(HPSE)是一种糖苷内切酶,能特异性水解位于细胞表面、细胞外基质及基底膜的硫酸乙酰肝素。肝素酶可促进肿瘤浸润、转移和血管生成,并参与免疫监视、胚胎植入等病理生理过程。本文对HPSE促进肿瘤转移的相关机制和肝素酶抑制剂的相关研究进展进行综述。过程。本文对HPSE促进肿瘤转移的相关机制和肝素酶抑制剂的相关研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Heparanase (HPSE) is heparan sulfate-degrading enzymes, which could specific- ally degrade the heparan sulfate proteoglycans associated with the cell surface, extracellular matrix and basement membrane. It can promote tumor invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis, moreover participate in the process of patho- physiological as immunological surveillance andembryo impantation. This review will summer ize the role of HPSE in facilitating tumor meta static and the advance in its inhibitor.
