| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性脑外伤CT表现的新分型与预后的关系，为临床提高救治率，减少死亡率和后遗症提供理论依据。方法：对196例急性颅脑外伤患者的cT表现进行总结分型，并分析CT分型结果与预后的关系。结果：新的cT分型与预后呈明显负相关。结论：新的cT分型与预后有明显的相关性，对指导临床正确判断预后，确定恰当的治疗原则有重要的指导意义。
