中西医结合治疗头面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果观察

目的：探讨治疗头面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛的有效方法。方法：采用随机、双盲、对照、平行分组试验方法,根据入组先后顺序随机分为治疗组113例患者口服多塞平、雷公藤、潘生丁片,疼痛部位外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏,同时予曲安萘德穴位注射治疗;对照组112例患者仅口服多塞平、雷公藤、潘生丁片治疗;采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）评估患者用药前和用药后2、4周疼痛程度。结果：治疗组2周和4周的有效率为76.2%和83.8%,对照组则为25.7%和36.2%;两组同一时点比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗头面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛是积极、有效的临床措施。

Treatment of cephalosome and facial postherpetic neuralgia with combination of TCM and western medicine

Objective：To study the effective method treating cephalosome and facial postherpetic neuralgia.Methods：113 patients of treatment group were treated with combination of tradional Chinese medicine（TCM） and western medicine;while 112 patients of control group were treated with western medicne.The effects of all patients were observed and compared.The quantiftcation of severity of pain was done using visual analogue scale（VAS）at the beginning of the study and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks.Results：The gereral effective rate of treatment group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks were 76.2% and 83.8% respectively;the general effective rate of control group after 2 weelm and 4 weeks were 25.7% and 36.2%.The result showed significant difference when comparing the effective rate of two groups in the equal period （P〈0.01）.Conelusion：It is an effective method to treat eephalosome and faeial postherpetie neuralgia with combination of TCM and western medicine.
