| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨钻孔冲洗常压引流＋负压引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的可行性。方法：对64例患者均采用钻孔冲洗常压引流＋负压引流的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：64例患者均恢复良好,无并发症。结论：采用钻孔冲洗常压引流＋负压引流治疗慢性硬膜下血肿效果良好、安全,而且操作简单。

| Abstract: | Objective：To approach the possibility in the cases with chronic subdural hematoma treated by drilling,lavaging and negative pressure drainage.Methods：The data of 64 cases with chronic subdural hematoma treated by drilling,lavaging and negative pressure drainage were analyzied retrospectively.Results：All the 64 cases recoverred without complications.Conclusion：Drilling holes irrigation and negative pressure drainage have well therapeutic effect on the cases of chronic subdural hematoma with safety and simplicity of operation. |
