摘    要:目的探讨系统全程康复指导在人工髋关节置换术患者并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选择2011年1月—2012年9月陕西省汉中市人民医院收治的人工髋关节置换术患者60例设为对照组,给予常规护理;选择2012年10月—2014年1月收治的人工髋关节置换术患者60例设为观察组,采用系统的全程康复指导,观察两组患者对护理服务满意情况和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者护理服务满意度各项目与对照组比较差异有统计学意义;观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论对人工髋关节置换术患者进行系统全程康复指导,能使患者全面掌握髋关节置换术的相关知识,能积极配合治疗、护理及康复锻炼,不仅提高了患者对护理服务的满意度,且有效地降低了患者术后并发症的发生,有助于患者的早期康复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of systemic whole course health education on postoperative com- plications in the patients with artificial hip replacement. Methods 60 patients with artificial hip replacement in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2012 were assigned to the control group, and 60 patients with ar- tificial hip replacement from October 2012 to January 2014 were assigned to the experimental group. The sys- temic whole course health education was applicated in the experimental group. The complication incidence and nursing service satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group had higher degree of nursing service satisfaction and lower postoperative complication incidence than the control group. Conclusion The implementation of systemic whole course health education in the patients with artificial hip re- placement can improve nursing service satisfaction, and reduce postoperative complications.
