患者转运的护理安全探讨

目的：探讨加强患者转运安全的护理管理措施，规避转运风险，减少矛盾，提高交接工作效率。方法对481例患者采用转运前先联系并取得家属同意及配合，医务人员陪同转运，在转运途中对患者实施使用安全带、手腕识别带，抢救药械、转运登记本随患者走直到转运结束等措施。结果481例患者转运途中均安全，交接顺利，无纠纷发生。结论加强患者转运护理安全管理，可以保证患者的安全，加强护士责任心，有利于护患以及科室之间的协调，减少医疗纠纷。

Explore the patient transport safety of nursing

Objective Explore strengthening the nursing safety management and safety measures,to avoid transhipment risk,reduce the contradiction and improve work efficiency. Methods With transshipment before contact, and family members agree to cooperate, even medical personnel to accompany transshipment, recognition in transit for patient safety belt, wrist band, rescue drugs and instruments,transport assistance with patients walk until the end of the transfer. Results After adopting the new measures,from January 2012 to December 2012,our department transfer 481 patients on the way of security,successful transition and no dispute. Conclusions To ensure the safety of patients,strengthened the nurses sense of responsibility,is advantageous to the protection and coordination between departments, reduce the medical disputes,which provides the patient with safety, high quality and efficient care.
