| 摘 要： | 医学职业精神是医生从事医学实践的内在精神支持系统，培养医学生的医学职业精神应以认知生命关怀为教育理念、体悟仁爱为教育核心内容。新形势下，医学生的职业精神塑成路径可以从重塑敬畏生命信念、强化理论知识的内化、践行延展性教育规律以及实施医学职业精神教评一体化来着手。

| Abstract: | Medical occupation spirit is the inner spirit support system of doctor in medical practice. The core content is life care and benevolence in cultivating medical students＇ occupation spirit. Under new situation, the implementation of medical students＇ occupation spirit should be begun from remodeling reverence for life, strengthening theoretical knowledge, practicing extensive education laws and putting teaching-evaluation integration to proceed. |
