新兵远距离徒步行军期间能量供给与营养状况相关性研究

摘    要:目的 研究新兵远距离徒步行军期间能量供给及营养状况,为制定合理的能量补充方案提供参考.方法 选取平素身体健康,且没有正规体育训练史的50名男性新兵,随机分为A、B、C、D、E 5组,其中E组为空白对照组,A、B、C、D组食用不同能量的饮食.除E组外,其余4组40名新兵进行300 km徒步行军,连续7 d,中间休息1 d,每天50 km.徒步行军前及最后1天行军结束后6 h,均抽取静脉血测定其血清中血红蛋白、血脂系列浓度.结果 行军后A、B、C、D组血红蛋白(Hb)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)均低于E组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着能量供给量的增加而逐渐增高.结论 210 kJ/(kg·d)的能量供给能很好地满足长距离徒步行军过程中能量的供给.

Abstract:Objective To study the nutritional state in march, to formulate the best program of additional energy. Methods Fifty young soldiers who were not formally disciplined were randomly divided into five groups.The soldiers took different energy by mouth in groups A, B, C, D, the group E served as control group. 40 young soldiers marched 300 km, then serum was drawn from the 50 young soldiers.Biochemical methods were used to measure the concentrations of Hb, TG, TC, LDL. Results The concentrations of Hb, TG, TC, LDL in groups A, B, C, D were lower than those in group E, when the energy obtained by eating rose, the concentrations of Hb, TG, TC, LDL elevated(P〈0.05), but were lower than those in group E. Conclusions The energy of 50 kcal/(kg·d) can fulfill the need of march.
