| 摘 要： | 将107例患者用计算机随机分为3组,A组34例采用卡介菌多糖核酸针皮损内注射,B组36例采用复发甘草酸苷片口服,C组37例采用卡介菌多糖核酸针皮损内注射联合复发甘草酸苷片口服.各组于治疗前及治疗后3个月时检测患者细胞免疫功能.另设正常对照组30例.3组治疗前后自身配对比较,CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋比值升高（均P＜0.05）,CD8＋降低（均P＜0.05）.治疗后C组与A、B组比较,CD4＋升高（均P＜0.05）,CD8＋降低（均P＜0.05）.C组有效率91.9％,高于其他两组（均P＜0.05）.说明卡介菌多糖核酸针皮损内注射联合复发甘草酸苷片可提高白癜风患者的细胞免疫功能和治疗有效率.

| Abstract: | A total of 107 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A received an intralesional injection of Bacillus Calmette-Gu＆#233;rin-polysaccharide nucleic acid （BCG-PSN） （n =34）,group B Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets （n =36） and group C both （n =37）.Before treatment and 3 months after treatment,cellular immune function was detected for each group.Paired comparisons of 3 groups before and after treatment showed that CD4 ＋,CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ ratio increased （all P 〈 0.05） and CD8 ＋ decreased （P 〈0.05）.After treatment,as compared with groups A and B,CD4 ＋ increases （both P 〈 0.05） and CD8 ＋ decreased in group C （P 〈0.05）.Group C had an efficiency rate of 91.9% and it was higher than the other two groups （both P 〈 0.05）.An intralesional injection of BCG-PSN plus Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets could improve immune function and treat vitiligo patients efficiently. |
