2型糖尿病老年患者血糖波动的相关因素回顾性研究

目的：研究2型糖尿病老年患者血糖波动的相关影响因素。方法：采用动态血糖监测280例2型糖尿病老年患者的血糖波动情况。采用回顾性研究对比分析男女患者的平均血糖水平（MBG）、血糖标准差（SDBG）、平均血糖漂移幅度（MAGE）、日间血糖平均绝对差（MODD）及餐后血糖波动幅度（PPGE）等指标及有关影响因素。结果：女性患者除MBG外，其他指标均高于男性患者（P＜0.05）。随年龄的增长，除MBG逐渐升高外（P＜0.05），男女患者其他指标比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。随着糖尿病病程的增长及HbAlc的增高，各监测指标逐渐上升（P＜0.05）；用药依从性可影响血糖波动。结论：年龄及BMI与血糖波动无关，性别、糖尿病病程、HbAlc、服药依从性为2型糖尿病老年患者血糖波动的主要影响因素。

The retrospective study of the related inlfuencing factors for the blood glucose lfuctuation of the elderly patients with type II diabetes

Objective：To study the related inlfuencing factors for the blood glucose lfuctuation of the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods：The continuous glucose monitoring system was used to monitor the blood glucose lfuctuation of 280 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. With the retrospective control study, the mean blood glucose level （MBG）, the standard deviation of blood glucose （SDBG）, the mean amplitude of glycemic excursion （MAGE）, the mean of daily differences （MODD）, the postprandial glucose lfuctuation （PPGE） and other indexes of the male and female and the related inlfuencing factors were compared and analyzed. Results： Except the MBG, the other indexes of the female patients were higher than of the male （P〈0.05）. As the age increasing, except MBG increasing gradually （P〈0.05）, the differences of other indexes for male and female had no statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. With the growth of the duration of diabetes and increase of HbAlc, every monitoring index increased gradually （P〈0.05）. The medication compliance could affect the blood glucose lfuctuation. Conclusion：There is no relationship between the age and BMI and the blood glucose lfuctuation. The sex, diabetic duration, HbAlc, and medication compliance are the major inlfuencing factors for the blood glucose lfuctuation of the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
