摘    要:目的 通过冀产 3种红景天中有效成分红景天苷的含量测定 ,评估并比较其质量。方法 薄层扫描法。结果 河北雾灵山产 3种红景天 (红景天 Rhodiola rosea,狭叶红景天 R. kirilowii,小丛红景天 R. dumu-losa)中红景天苷的含量分别为 0 .6 %、0 .32 %、0 .0 0 4 9%。结论 冀产 3种红景天中 ,以红景天中的红景天苷含量最高 ,可进一步开发利用

Abstract:Objective In order to evaluate the quality of Rhodiola spp., by using TLCS method to measure the content of rhodioloside. Methods By using TLCS. Results The rhodioloside content is 0.6%, 0.32% and 0.004% respectively in the three species Rhodiola spp. from Wuling Mountain Hebei province. Conclusion Of all the three species, the highest rhodioloside content is in R. rosea.,it indicates that this species would be opened up and utilized further.
