针刺对臂丛神经损伤后胶源性神经营养因子的影响

摘    要:目的探讨针灸治疗周围神经损伤的机理。方法将家兔随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组和针刺治疗组,通过建立家兔臂丛神经挤压损伤模型,观察针刺对家免臂丛神经损伤后C5-C7段脊髓颈膨大背根结节组织中胶源性神经营养因子(GDNF)表达的影响。结果治疗2个疗程和4个疗程后,脊髓颈膨大背根结节组织中针刺治疗组GDNF阳性细胞数均多于模型对照组和空白对照组,组间有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01),且针剌治疗组4个疗程后的胶源性神经营养因子阳性细胞数显著强于2个疗程(P〈0.01)。结论针刺治疗能促使臂丛神经损伤后胶源性神经营养因子的表达增加,从而促进神经的修复和再生。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mechanism of acupuncture on the treatment of peripheral nerves. Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into the blank control group, the model control group, and the needling group. The rabbit model of brachia plexus injury was made, and the effects of needing on the expression of GDNF in dorsal tubercle tissues of cervical enlargement of C5 - C7 spinal cord were observed. Results After 2 and 4 courses of treatment, the amount of positives cells of GDNF in the needling group were much larger than that of the model control group and that of the blank control group. And the differences between the groups were marked ( P 〈 0.01 ). The positive cells of GDNF in the needling group 'after 4 courses of treatment were markedly more than that after 2 courses of treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Needling can improve the expression of positive cells of GDNF 'after brachia plexus injury, which in turn promote the repair and regeneration of nerves.
