| 摘 要： | 目的观察大勃提取物的抗肿瘤作用。方法用动物移植性肿瘤动物模型探讨大马勃提取液体内抗肿瘤作用。结果大剂量大马勃提取物有抗肿瘤活性。结论大马勃提取物有一定的抗肿瘤活性。

| Abstract: | Objective Purpose To observe the antitumor effects of the extract from Calvatia gigantea Lloyd.Method Using Transplantable animal tumor models in animals to discuss the antitumor effect of ethanol extracts from Calvatia gigantea Lloyd in vivo.Result Anti tumor activity with the antitumor effect of ethanol extracts from Calvatia gigantea Lloyd.Conclusion The study shows that Calvatia gigantean Lloyd extracts has some antitumor activity in vivo. |
