急性脑外伤患者激素水平变化及临床意义

目的探讨急性脑外伤患者激素水平变化特点及临床意义。方法随机选取南江县人民医院2008年9月至2010年8月间收治的急性颅脑损伤住院患者187例,对其激素水平进行动态监测。结果与正常值比较急性脑外伤后患者TSH、PRL、FSH、COL、ADH、GH水平显著升高,甲状腺激素水T3、T4水平显著下降;脑外伤程度越严重伤,TSH、PRL、FSH、COL、ADH、GH水平越高,随后逐渐下降。结论急性脑外伤患者的激素水平可作为颅脑损伤程度和预后判断的重要指标。

Patients with Acute Brain Injury Hormone Level Change and Clinical Significance

Objective To study the patients with acute brain injury hormone level change characteristics and clinical significance.Methods From September 2008 to August 2010 randomly selected the acute craniocerebral injury patient hospitalized 187 cases of hormone levels,the dynamic monitoring.Results Compared with normal patients after acute brain injury TSH,PRL,FSH,COL ADH,GH level,significantly increased thyroid hormone,water,and T4 level significantly T3;traumatic brain injury,the more serious the degree and PRL,FSH,TSH,COL,ADH,GH level higher,then down gradually.Conclusions Patients with acute brain injury of the hormone levels can be used as a head injury degree and prognosis of important index.
