血液透析中低血压的护理对策

目的分析血液透析过程中出现的低血压并发症及护理措施。方法针对四川石油总医院前两年血液透析并发症发生的原因,做有针对性的护理措施进行改进。定期监测干体质量,指导患者进食,高危患者透析开始时预冲生理盐水,首次患者补充血容量等。比较之后的改善效果。结果采用有针对性的护理措施之后,低血压发生率为12.60%,较此前两年的26.07%大为降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论透析中对患者病情进行密切观察,进行良好规范的护理措施,可以有效降低血透过程中低血压的发生。

Nursing Care for Hypotension during Hemodialysis

Objective To analyze hypotension complications and nursing intervention in the process of hemodialysis.Methods According to the reason of hypotension complication during hemodialysis two years before,some directive nursing measures were carried out to improve it.Comparison was carried out after that.Results After the use of targeted care measures,the incidence rate of hypotension was 12.60%,lower than the previous 26.07%,greatly reduced.The difference was statistically significant（P0.001）.Conclusion Dialysis in the close observation of the patient＇s condition,the good practices of nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of hypotension during hemodialysis.
