肺硬化性血管瘤的CT诊断及鉴别

目的通过病例回顾总结肺硬化性血管瘤的CT影像特征性表现。方法采用PHILIPHS64层螺旋CT,对已行X线平片检查,发现肺内有孤立类圆形高密度影的17例患者进行CT平扫及多期增强的影像资料进行评价分析,总结肺硬化性血管瘤特征性CT表现。结果 17例均为单发病灶,在肺的中外带。形状呈类圆形,无明显分叶,边缘光滑。CT平扫病灶为均匀高密度,部分病灶内可见钙化及空泡征象,多期增强扫描病灶呈逐渐强化且强化明显,薄层重建瘤体呈高密度与低密度混杂影像。其中边缘钙化5例,空气半月征7例,贴边血管征8例,肺门及纵隔淋巴结肿大1例。结论肺硬化性血管瘤的CT平扫及多期增强表现具有一定的特征性,可与其他肺内肿瘤相鉴别。

Diagnosis and Antidiastole of Pulmonary Sclerosis Angioma by CT

Objective To review and summary the mark CT image of pulmonary sclerosis angioma.Methods By PHILPHS 64-slice spiral CT,seventeen patients take CT plain scan and multistage enhancement scanning after they took X-ray films with isolate circle-liking high density shadows.Then,analysis and summary.Result Each patient has single lesion in middle-out zone of lung.The lesions are circle-liking,unobvious-sublobe.They all have smooth edges,well-distributed density.A few have calcification and air crescent sign.Multistage enhancement scan can be seen little by little enhancement.Lamellar reconstruction can be seen high and low density confounding image.Enhancement scanning： All enhance obviously.In these cases： Five of them have border-calcification;Seven of them have air crescent signs;Eight of them can be seen welt blood vessel signs.One of them has lymph node enlargement.Conclusion Pulmonary sclerosis angioma＇CT appearances have some marks.It can be antidiastoled from other pulmonary tumors.
