糖尿病足诊疗工作室的临床实施

目的评价糖尿病足筛查、诊断、治疗和患者教育的临床实施效果。方法共筛查糖尿病足患者1050多例,对比构建糖尿病足工作室前后在糖尿病足筛查、诊断、治疗和宣教的效果。结果与未成立糖尿病足诊疗工作室前2年比较,均有明确好转。外周血管病变312例,占29.7%,周围神经病变224例,占21.3%,溃疡和坏疽患者65例,占6.2%,细菌培养阳性84%,溃疡和坏疽的治愈率64.6%,截肢8例,占12.3%,结论糖尿病足诊疗工作室以一种创新管理的理念提高糖尿病的其他并发症的诊治工作效率和提升诊疗水平。

Conclusion It was an innovative management concept.It could Improve efficiency and enhance the diagnosis and treatment based on the original infrastructure and staffing if the trivial and tedious work became orderly and standardized.
