尺动脉腕上皮支下行支皮瓣游离移植修复手指创面

目的研究微型尺动脉腕上皮支下行支皮瓣游离移植修复手指创面的解剖与临床应用效果。方法采用微型尺动脉腕上皮支下行支皮瓣游离移植修复手指小创面8例。结果所有皮瓣均成活,外形满意,感觉恢复良好。结论微型尺动脉腕上皮支下行支皮瓣游离移植修复创面。供区隐蔽,血管解剖位置恒定,不牺牲主要血管,创伤小,术后手指的外观及感觉功能均满意。是修复手指创面可行的方法之一。

Downward Wrist Cutaneous Branch of Ulnar Artery Flap Graft Repair of Finger Wound

Objective To study basis of the ？ ap pedicled with the descending branch of the supracarpal cutaneous branch of ulnar artery and to conf irmthe reliability of this plap in clinical application to repair skin defect on fi ngers.Method The ？ ap pedicled with the descending branch of the supracarpal cutaneous branch of ulnar artery was transplanted to repairing 8 cases with small defect of skin on f ingers.Result All ？ aps survied with not fat and clumsy shapes and good sensory.Conclusion Using the ？ ap pedicled with the descending branch of the supracarpal cutaneous branch of ulnar artery to repair skin defect on fi ngers is a feasible solution for treatment of injuries of fi ngers.Because this ？ ap has many advantages,such as its donor site is inconspicuous,it doesn’t destroy main vascellum,the injuery to the donor site is slight,and the shape and sensation of wonded fi nger after it was repair are satisfactory.
