妊娠相关因素对新生儿出生体质量的影响研究

目的探讨新生儿出生体质量的影响因素。方法采用前瞻性研究的方法,研究影响新生儿出生体质量的因素。结果出生体质量在不同受教育程度、居住地、孕前体检次数、孕前健康教育、孕前BMI、孕期增重的人群中存在差异(P<0.05);低出生体质量组与正常出生体质量组比较,结果显示:接受孕前教育(OR=0.80,95%CI:0.59～0.94),孕前BMI指数1～24组(OR=0.74,95%CI:0.49～0.86)为保护性的因素。巨大儿组与正常组比较,结果显示:孕期增重>20(OR=1.30,95%CI:1.11～1.68)为巨大儿的危险因素。结论为降低低出生体质量和巨大儿的发病率,提高新生儿的健康水平,需要加强对孕产妇的健康教育和健康干预。

Objective Study the newborn is born impact factor of weight.Methods Adopts prospect research of method.Results Born the weight is subjected to level of education and lives in the dissimilarity ground,pregnancy before of check-up number of times,pregnancy before of healthy education,pregnancy before of the BMI and pregnancy expect to increase to exist difference in the heavy crowd（P0.05）;low birth weight set and normal birth weight set comparison,show as a result： connect to educate before conceiving（OR=0.80,95% CI： 0.59～0.94）,the BMI index number is 1～24 sets of before conceiving（OR=0.74,95% CI： 0.49～0.86） protect a sexual factor.Great children set with normal set compare,show as a result： the pregnancy expects to increase heavy20（OR=1.30,95% CI： 1.11～1.68）is the dangerous factor of great children.Conclusion In order to lower the outbreak of low birth weight and great children to lead,raise the newborn＇s healthy level,need to strengthen healthy education to the pregnant woman and healthily intervention.
