影响先兆流产妊娠结局的相关因素分析

目的探讨影响先兆流产妊娠结局的相关因素分析。方法选取2006年1月至2011年1月在我院妇产科就诊的患者,全部患者均接受调查和登记妊娠年龄、既往流产史、流产后是否休息、从事职业、夫妻关系等情况,均接受妇科B超和血肿的液体集聚量检测。结果 270例患者中良好妊娠结局患者共190例,良好妊娠率为70.37%,不良妊娠结局80例,不良妊娠率为29.63%;两组患者的早期阴道流血、阴道大量出血、宫内大血肿、高龄妊娠、低收入、污染接触职业因素比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明上述因素良好妊娠结局组发生率均明显低于不良妊娠结局组。结论先兆流产的不良妊娠结局发生率较高,受多种相关因素影响,因此需多加注意。

The Related Factors Analysis of Pregnancy Outcome of Threatened Abortion

Objective To learn the analysis of the correlative factor effect on pregnancy outcome of threatened miscarriage. Methods Patients from Jan 2006 to Jan 2011 all accept investigation and registration on pregnancy age, past miscarriage history, whether rest after miscarriage, job and marriage bonds and so on. Accept gynaecological type-B ultrasonic and check of hematoncus liquid concentration. Results The good pregnancy outcome is 190 （70.37%） while the poor pregnancy outcome is 80 （29.63%）. The diverse of early colporrhagia, vagina massive bleeding, miyauchi large hematoma, pregnancy in elder women,low income and pollute touch job of 2 groups has significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of pregnancy outcome of threatened miscarriage is high with many correlative factors.
