2003至2008年某街道暂住人员上岗前HBsAg携带状况分析

目的了解2003至2008年福永街道暂住务工人员上岗前的乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)携带状况和在不同年龄组分布情况,进一步探索有效预防和控制乙型肝炎感染的措施。方法按照招工健康体检项目要求,对2003至2008年来福永街道暂住务工人员1239101人进行常规健康体检,采用ELISA常规的方法进行HBsAg筛选及肝功能检查。结果 2003至2008年累计检测暂住务工人员1239101人,HBsAg阳性者83327人,阳性率为6.72%。整体呈逐年下降趋势,不同年份间阳性率有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性阳性率(8.40%)高于女性(5.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),21～30岁年龄组阳性率(9.70%),高于其他年龄组(P<0.01)。结论福永街道暂住务工人员HBsAg阳性率呈逐年下降趋势,已低于全国平均水平。

Analysis on the Status of HBsAg Carrying among Migrant Workers in A town,2003-2008

Objective To understand the status HBsAg carrying among temporary workers before the induction and in different age groups of distribution,in the Fuy-ong twon,2003～2008,to further was explored the effective prevention and control of hepatitis B virus（HBV） infection measures.Methods According to the health check up project,a routine check was conducted among 1239 101 migrant workers in the Fu-Yong Twon,adopting the ELISA conventional methods for screening H BsAg and liver function examination.Results A total of 1239101 migrant workers were tested in 2003～2008,83327 were HBsAg positive HBsAg positive rate was 6.72%.The positive rate declined year by year.There was statistical significance among different years.（P0.01）.Men（8.40%） were higher than women（5.62%）.It is significant differences with statistical processing.（P0.01）.Age group 21～30 positive rate（9.70%） was higher than other age groups.（P0.01）.Conclusion The Fu-yong town Temporary Workers HBsAg positive rate shows downtrend of year after year,has been lower than the national average level.
