| 摘 要： | 目的研究思密达配合微生态制剂治疗小儿腹泻用药方法对治疗效果的影响。方法将60例小儿腹泻患儿随机分为两组,第一组患儿餐前1h服用思密达,餐后半小时服用益菌康;第二组患儿餐前1h同时服用思密达和益菌康。结果第一组患儿的治疗疗程比第二组患儿缩短2~3d,且康复之后食欲较好。结论思密达和微生态制剂间隔服用能更好的治疗小儿腹泻。

| Abstract: | Objective To study Smecta treatment of infantile diarrhea with probiotics treatment method of treatment effect.Methods 60 cases of children with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups,first group of children taking Smecta 1h before a meal,take half an hour after the meal bacteria and Sport;1h while the second group of children with fasting and taking Smecta bacteria health.Results The first group of children with treatment regimens shorter than the second group of children 2~3d,and a good appetite after rehabilitation.Conclusion Smecta interval and taking probiotics to better treatment of children with diarrhea. |
