| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨髓母细胞瘤的MRI诊断及鉴别诊断。方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实的27例髓母细胞瘤的MRI资料。结果：27例髓母细胞瘤中，位于小脑蚓部18例，小脑半球4例，第四脑室5例。肿块呈圆形或类圆形20例，呈不规则形7例。发生囊变18例，钙化或出血各2例。MRI扫描呈长T1或等T1、长或混杂T2信号。结论：MRI对髓母细胞瘤的定位、定性诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis of medulloblastomas.Methods: 27 patients with Medulloblastoma proved by pathological and surgical results were reterospectively analyzed.Results:18 cases were located at cerebellar inferior vermis,4 at cerebellar hemisphere and 5 at the the fourth ventricle.In 20 cases,the tumors were round or para round in shape and in another 7 ones the tumors were unregular.There were cystic structure in 18 cases,calcify in 2 cases,hemorrhage in 2 cases.MRI appeared as low or equal intensity signal on T1 WI,T2 WI showed high or mixed signal intensity.Conclusion: MRI examination is valuable in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of medulloblastomas. |
