PET和PET/CT在难治性癫痫中的应用进展

摘    要:外科手术切除癫痫灶是治疗难治性癫痫的最有效手段,术前对致痫灶的准确定位是手术成功的关键。18F-FDG PET显像可反映癫痫病灶的糖代谢情况,受体显像可反映受体密度、分布及亲和力,对癫痫病灶的术前定位具有较高的灵敏度和特异度。本文对PET和PET/CT在难治性癫痫中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:Surgical resection of seizure focus is the most effective treatment of refractory epilepsy. Accurate localization of epileptic focus is critical for a successful surgery.18F-FDG PET imaging can provide important information on the glycometabolism, and PET receptor imaging can reflect the receptors densities, distributions and combining powers of epileptic focus. So PET has a high sensitivity and accuracy on preoperative localization for seizure focus. In this paper, the application progresses of PET imaging in refractory epilepsy was reviewed.
