功能失调性子宫出血的非血管介入治疗(附31例分析)

目的：研究无水乙醇非血管介入治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床价值。方法：31例功能失调性子宫出血患者，表面麻醉后行子宫腔造影，了解子宫腔容量，同时注入等量无水乙醇，保留3－5分钟后抽出，反复2－3次，观察疗效。结果：29例（93．55％）出血停止，13例（41．94％）月经量恢复正常，16例（51．61％）月经量减少，18例（58．06）恢复 正常月经周期，2例（4．65％）手术切除。结论：非血管介入治疗功能失调性子宫出血疗效确切，方法简单、安全。

Non-vescular interventiond treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To evaluate the clinic value of treatment the dysfunctional uterine bleeding with dehydrated alcohol through non-vascular interventional method. Methods Under the superficial anesthesia, 31 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were underwent uterosalpingog-raphy. After assessing the volume of uterine cavity, to inject the same volume of dehydrated alcohol with the same speed, then kept in uterine cavity about 3-5 mins, and sucked it out, repeated 2-3 times. The cure effect was observed. Results 29 cases (93.55%) bleeding stoped; 13 cases (41.94%) bleeding became normal; 16 cases (51.61%) bleeding became decreased obviously; 18 cases (58.06%) menstrual period returned to normal and 2 cases (6.45% uterine excixion were done. Conclusion Treatment disfunctional uterine bleeding with non-vascular methods is simple and safe. It has quicker and better cure effect.
