综合护理干预对淋巴瘤化疗伴癌因性疲乏患者的影响

目的 探讨淋巴瘤化疗伴癌因性疲乏患者实施护理干预后的效果.方法 对收治的87例淋巴瘤化疗伴癌因性疲乏患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,87例患者均在常规护理的基础上实施认知行为干预、体能调节训练及心理辅导教育,癌因性疲乏（CRF）程度使用简易疲乏量表（BFI）评估,焦虑及抑郁情绪使用焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定,生活质量采用Spitzer生活质量指数量表（OLD评估,比较干预前后的效果.结果 干预后无疲乏及轻度疲乏患者均明显增加,而中度疲乏及重度疲乏患者明显减少,干预前后具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.干预后淋巴瘤化疗伴癌因性疲乏患者的焦虑及抑郁评分均明显低于干预前,活动能力、日常生活等OLI五个方面的得分及总分均明显提高,干预前后具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 淋巴瘤化疗伴癌因性疲乏患者采用护理干预措施效果明显,能够缓解患者的疲乏程度,改善焦虑抑郁情绪,提高生活质量.

Study on nursing intervention for lymphoma chemotherapy with cancer-related fatigue in patients

Objective To investigate the effect of lymphoma chemotherapy with cancer-related fatigue patients after the implementation of nursing intervention.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 87 cases of lymphoma chemotherapy with cancer-related fatigue selected from May 2010 to July 2013 in our hospital.87 cases were given the physical training and cognitive behavior intervention counseling education on the basis of conventional nursing,degree of CRF were surveyed with simple fatigue scale （BFI）.The anxiety and depression were evaluated with self-evaluation of anxiety scale （SAS） and depression self rating scale （SDS）,quality of life were assessed by Spitzer index scale （OLI）,we compared the effect before and after the intervention.Results Without fatigue or mild fatigue patients after intervention were significantly increased,while moderate fatigue and severe fatigue patients decreased significantly,there were significant differences between before and after intervention （P〈0.05）.Anxiety and depression scores of Lymphoma after intervention chemotherapy with cancer-related fatigue patients were significantly lower after intervention than before intervention,activity ability,daily life,such as QLI scores and total score were significantly improved in five aspects,there were significant differences between before and after intervention （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Lymphoma chemotherapy with cancer-related fatigue patients by nursing intervention is significantly,can alleviate the fatigue degree of patients,improve the anxiety depression,improve the quality of life.
