青蒿琥酯对慢性湿疹患者外周血淋巴细胞功能的影响

目的初步探讨青蒿琥酯对慢性湿疹患者外周血Th1、Th2细胞表达和IgE水平的影响。方法慢性湿疹患者外周血T淋巴细胞经过与不同浓度的青蒿琥酯体外培养后,采用ELISA方法检测其上清液IgE水平;用流式细胞仪方法测定其Th1、Th2细胞的变化。结果①青蒿琥酯可以抑制慢性湿疹患者外周血淋巴细胞Th1细胞的表达,促进慢性湿疹患者外周血淋巴细胞Th2细胞的表达,而且呈现一定的剂量依赖性;②青蒿琥酯可以抑制慢性湿疹患者外周血淋巴细胞的IgE分泌。结论青蒿琥酯可以通过调节慢性湿疹外周血患者淋巴细胞Th1、Th2细胞表达,减少IgE的分泌。青蒿琥酯有望成为治疗慢性湿疹的一个新的药物选择。

The influence of artesunate on T cell function from chronic eczema patients

Objective To investigate the influence of artesunate on T cell function from chronic eczema patients. Methods T ceils from chronic eczema patients were cultured with artesunate in defferent level. The IgE level was detected by ELISA methods and the expression of Th1/Th2 was detected by flow cytometric methods. Results （1）Artesunate could decrease the prevalence of Thl ceil and increase the prevalence of Th2 ceil in peripheral blood mononuclear cell from chronic eczema patients in different level; （2）Artesunate could decrease the secretion of IgE of peripheral blood mononuclear ceil from chronic eczema patients in different level. Conclusion Artesunate could regulate the expression of Thl/Th2 ceils and decreased the secretion of IgE of T cells from chronic eczema patients. Artesunate might play an important role in the treatment of chronic eczema in future.
