| 摘 要： | 评价鱼腥草注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效和安全性。将60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为2组,试验组和对照组各30例,进行治疗和比较,疗程为10d。结果共有58例完成了试验(试验组和对照组各29例)。与用药前相比,试验组的证候积分、白细胞总数和中性粒细胞分类、肺功能、血气分析和纤溶指标的改善均有统计学意义。试验过程中2组均未出现不良反应。结论:鱼腥草注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期具有很好的疗效和安全性。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the curative effect and safe of Herba Houttuyniae injection for acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,60 cases were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,10 days as one course of treatment.The result showed that there were statistical significances in improvement of syndrome integral,total white blood cells,neutrophil class,pulmonary function,blood gas analysis,and fibrinolysis indexes of the experiment group between before and after treatment.There were no adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion: Herba Houttuyniae injection has very good efficacy and is safe for acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. |
