| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Ki-67、p16和p53在结肠癌组织中表达的意义和它们之间的相关性。方法：应用链霉素-生物素（SP）免疫组织化学法，对127例结肠癌进行Ki-67、p16和p53的检测。结果：结肠癌Ki-67、p16和p53蛋白阳性表达率分别为74．8％、47．2％和54．3％。Ki-67蛋白阳性表达均与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移显著相关（P〈0．05），而与患者年龄、肿瘤大体类型无关（P〉0．05）；p16蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移显著相关（P〈0．05），与患者年龄，肿瘤大体类型、浸润深度无关（P〉0．05）；p53与肿瘤分化程度显著相关（P〈0．05），与患者年龄，肿瘤大体类型、浸润深度和淋巴结转移无关（P〉0．05）。结肠癌中Ki-67蛋白和p16、p53蛋白的表达无显著关系（P〉0．05）。结论：结肠癌中Ki-67表达的上调与其浸润转移密切相关，p16和p53在结肠癌发生发展过程中具有重要作用；术前联合检测Ki-67、p16和p53在结肠癌活检组织中的表达，对指导手术决策，以及估计预后有重要的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of Ki-67, p16 and p53 in colon cancer tissues and their relationship.Methods:Using immunohistochemical method(SP method), the expression of Ki-67, p16 and p53 was detected in 127 cases of colon carcinoma.Results:The positive rates of Ki-67, p16 and p53 were74.8%, 47.2% and 54.3%, respectively.
