CT误诊外围型肺癌20例分析

Analysis of CT Misdiagnosis in Twenty Patients with Peripheral Cancer of Lung.

The Paper analyzed the misdiagnostic causes by CT Proved pathologically after the operation in twenty Patients with peripheral cancer of lung. The cause which easyly result in misdiagnosis were considered as below:- Due to anapt window technique so that the signs of pulmonary cancer can' t be accuratery identifyed.- Due to ignore the overall analysis as a diagnostic principle so that to be misdiagnosed- Due to the recognization of morphologically atypical peripheral cancer of lung to be insufficientThe authors considere the causes from pulmonary cancer itself resulting in misdiagnosis mainly were:- Peripheral cancer of lung to be early term;- Pulmonary cancer complicated with tuberculosis;- Pulmonary cancer to be similar to polarized Pulmonia or benign tumor in lung; ,- Pulmonary cancer growing independent of the multiplicative time which is specific for pulmonary cancer.The paper discussed emphatically the differential diagnosis between peripheral cancer of lung and tuberculosis and/or chronic pulmonia. The authors emphasize that there was not any specific diagnostic value in various CT signs, therefore. the critical factors influencing diagnostic accuracy remain necessary for CT imaging findings to be combined with clinical manifestations, and perform the practical analysis so that to obtain the accrurate diag-
