正常及妊娠高血压综合征时胎盘、脐带一氧化氮合酶的计量研究

目的：研究一氧化氮合酶（ｎｉｔｒｉｃｏｘｉｄｅｓｙｎｔｈａｓｅ，ＮＯＳ）在正常足月妊娠和妊娠高血压时胎盘、脐带中的表达。方法：组织形态学观察，还原型辅酶Ⅱ酶组织化学和内皮型ＮＯＳ（ｅＮＯＳ）免疫组织化学及图像分析定量研究。结果：妊娠高血压者胎盘、脐带有纤维素样坏死等病理性改变，还原型辅酶Ⅱ酶组化及ｅＮＯＳ免疫组化示ＮＯＳ表达明显减弱，且分布异常。结论：妊娠高血压者胎盘及脐带中ｅＮＯＳ表达减弱，导致ＮＯ产生减少，胎盘循环缺血，可能是妊高征发病的重要机制之一。

THE EXPRESSION OF NITRIC OXIDE SYNTHASE IN PLACENTA AND UMBILICAL CORD OF NORMOTENSIVE AND PRE-ECLAMPTIC PREGNANCY

Objective: To study the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in placenta and umbilical cord of normotensive and pre eclamptic pregnancy. Methods: Histology, reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) histochemistry, immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results: In placenta and umbilical cord of pre eclampsia women, fibrinoid necrosis and other pathological changes could be seen and the expression of NOS in these tissues was markly reduced, the distribution of NOS in the tissues was also different from that of normotensive pregnancy. Conclusion: The lower expression of NOS in placenta and umbilical cord of pre eclamptic pregnancy may reduce the production of NO and result in placental circulation deficiency. It may be an important factor in the development of pre eclampsia and intra uterine growth retardation. This indicates that continuous generation of NO is essential for the maintainance of normal gestation.
