| Abstract: | Summary Coronary collaterals demonstrated angiographically are expected to be usable both ways and to remain on standby even if they are no longer used after flow improvement through the physiological pathway. Evidence of these hypotheses is provided by two case reports, one showing spontaneous reversal of collaterals and one showing recruitable reversed collaterals. |
