加替沙星注射液致心脏骤停一例

7例41岁女性患者，因急性胆囊炎发作给予加替沙星04g，1次/日静脉滴注。滴入约100ml时患者出现视物不清、恶心、口唇发绀、面色苍白、心慌．约3分钟后意识丧失、面色青灰、呼吸停止、心脏骤停。立即停止输液，平卧吸氧．10mg地塞米松入壶，肾上腺素1mg静注，心脏胸外按压，约30秒后面色转红润，呼吸恢复，神智转清，1小时后患者恢复正常。观察2天未见异常。

Cardiac Arrest Caused by Gatifloxacin-A Case Report

Immediate cessation of infusion, supine and inhale oxygen, an IV infusion 10 mg of dexamethasone and adrenaline l mg, meanwhile external chest compression. About thirty seconds later, the patient becomes ruddy complexion, respiratory rehabilitation, consciousness turned clear. One hour later, the patient was back to normal. No abnormalities were observed for the next two days.
