糖心平治疗糖尿病冠心病的临床观察

目的：观察糖心平对糖尿病冠心病患者疗效。方法将91例糖尿病合并冠心病的患者随机分为49例治疗组和42例对照组。治疗组予以中医药治疗加糖尿病冠心病西医常规治疗；对照组予以糖尿病冠心病西医常规治疗，两组均治疗6个月。观察治疗前后中医症候积分、糖化血红蛋白、纤维蛋白原和血脂（ TG、TC、HDL、LDL）的变化。结果与对照组比较，治疗后治疗组中医证候总有效率为67.3％，明显高于对照组14.3％（P＜0.05）；纤维蛋白原、糖化血红蛋白及TG、TC、LDL均降低（P＜0.05）。结论糖心平联合西医常规治疗可以使糖尿病冠心病的患者症状减轻，降低血糖，调节血脂。

Observation on Tang Xinping on Treatment of Diabetic Coronary Heart Disease

Objective Based on the observation of the clinical effects by using Tang Xinping to treat DHD , this paper was to probe into the function and mechanism of using the TCM method： Supplementing Qi , enriching Yin and activating blood circulation to treat DHD and provide more objective and scientific evidence for it .Methods 91 patients chosen randomly were divided into 2 groups：the treatment group （49 patients）and the comparative group （42 patients）.The patients in the former group were given TCM and the routine western medical treatment while the ones in the latter group the routine western medical treatment only for 6 months both .The changes of the TCM symptoms and HbA1c, FIB and TG, TC, LDL, HDL were observed during the whole process .Results The total effective rate of the TCM symptoms of the patients in the treatment group was 67.3% which was obviously higher than those in the comparative group 14.3% （ P＆lt;0.05 ） . Comparing with those of the same patient in the treatment group , the symptoms and HbA1c, FIB and TG, TC, LDL after the treatment were improved（P＆lt;0.05） while those in the comparative group were not changed significantly .The results after the treatment of the comparison between the 2 groups were almost as above .Conclusion By the combination of using Tang Xinping and the routine western medical treatment, the symptoms of DHD patients could be alleviated .The levels of blood glucose and blood lipid reduced .
