通冠散贴敷结合西药治疗老年胸痹心痛的疗效观察

目的 观察通冠散贴敷结合常规西药治疗老年胸痹心痛痰阻心脉型的临床疗效.方法 选择冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者92人,将其随机分为对照组46例与治疗组46例.对照组单纯给予西药常规抗血小板聚集、调血脂、扩张血管、防止心室重构等药治疗,治疗组给予通冠散贴敷结合常规西药治疗,15天为一疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察两组患者心绞痛疗效和中医证候疗效的变化.结果 治疗组患者心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效均优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 通冠散贴敷结合常规西药治疗老年胸痹心痛痰阻心脉型的疗效较单纯应用西药治疗的疗效优越.

Observation on Curative Effects of Tong Guansan Application Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment with Elderly Obstruction of Heartache

Objective To observe clinical curative effects on Guan Santong applieation combined with conventional western medicine in treatment with senile obstruction of heartache junction of phlegm and blood stasis. Methods 92 patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group was given conventional western medicine like anti-platelet aggregation, lipids, dilate blood vessels and preventing ventricular remodeling. The treatment group was given Guan Santong application combined with conventional western medicine treatment 15 days for a course of treatment. The change of treatment efficacy and syndromes of 2 groups were observed. Results The curative effects of Treatment group in patients with angina pectoris of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effects of Guan Santong application combined with conventional western medicine treatment of senile obstruction of heartache junction of phlegm and blood stasis compared with pure western medicine treatment was superior.
