全程中医特色健康指导对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及血脂的影响

目的 观察全程中医特色健康指导对短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块（CAP）及血脂的影响.方法 将100例TIA患者随机分为对照组和试验组,在西药常规治疗基础上分别给予普通健康指导或全程中医特色健康指导,比较对CAP及血脂的影响.结果 两组治疗后IMT、Crouse积分减小,TC、LDL-C下降,HDL-C升高,较治疗前有显著差异（P＜0.05）.治疗12个月后试验组对CAP及TC、LDL-C的影响较对照组更显著（P＜0.05）.结论 在常规药物治疗基础上全程中医特色健康指导能更好的改善CAP和血脂水平,是有效的TIA健康管理模式.

Effects on Health Guidance With Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaques and Plasma Lipid Levels

Objective To observe the effects of health guidance with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on the carotid atherosclerotic plaques （CAP） and plasma lipid levels of the patients with transient isehemie attack （TIA）. Methods 100 patients with TIA were randomly divided into control group and test group. On the basic treatment of conventional western medicine, the control group was given the common health guidance, while the test group was given health guidance with characteristics of TCM. Tile effects of 2 groups on CAP and plasma lipid levels were compared. Results Compared with the base line, there were significant decreases in the carotid intima- media thickness （[MT）, Crouse scores, levels of TC and LDL-C （P 〈0.05） and significant increase in level of HDL-C （P 〈0.05 ） of the both groups. After 12 months of treatment the effects of the test group on CAP, TC and LDL-C were more pronounced than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health guidance with characteristics of TCM could improve the CAP and plasma lipid levels better than the common health guidance in TIA patients, which was an effective health management mode of TIA.
