| Abstract: | Pharmaceutical patent is a current system in the world for protecting industrial property. It is to be imperative to carry out this system in China. We should enhance our selfconciousness and strenuousness in recongnizing the special characteristics and development trends in the field of research and development of new drugs. A system of research and development of new drugs should be established in China to promote the strategic changes in pharmaceutical industry. |
